Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, relevant, and creative content (visuals, videos, text) tailored to each social media platform to maximize reach and engagement with our target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design) to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Create and implement social media strategies that support brand protection and SEO efforts, aligning with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and protect our brands on social media by identifying and addressing any potential threats, copycat accounts, or unauthorized content.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistency in posting, tone, and visual aesthetics that align with each brand’s identity.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure engagement, and optimize content strategies.
- Report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and user behavior to continuously improve content performance.
Identify and capitalize on trending topics, memes, and content formats that resonate with our audience.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
Proven track record of successfully creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and user growth.
- Strong experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and optimize content strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique content ideas and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
