Your tasks
You will take the lead in coordinating the operational aspects of the Social Media Strategy and driving the execution of communication campaigns across the Region.
The primary goal of this role is to strategize and execute Social Media campaigns designed to drive KPIs focused on generating highly qualified leads. As the key link between Marketing HQ and local offices, you will bridge the gap by aligning HQ objectives with localized strategies, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation.
Strategy Development: Design and execute regional social media marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision. Multi-channel marketing expertise to develop promotional campaigns is a plus.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company’s social media profiles (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube) with a tailored approach for each market. Calculating accurate marketing budgets for each campaign
Content Creation: Partner with the creative team to produce innovative, engaging, and localized content (text, graphics, videos, etc.) that resonates with diverse cultures and languages and competitive landscapes
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media campaign performance, using analytics tools to create periodic reports and identify areas for improvement
Collaboration with Local Teams: Coordinate with local marketing teams to ensure a culturally sensitive and relevant approach in each country
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on digital trends, best practices, and algorithm changes across major social media platforms
Your profile
Previous Experience: 8-10 years of experience in social media management in international or multinational environments
Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency (C1) in both written and spoken English. Additional language proficiency is a plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and management/analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Matomo).
Excellent communication skills and convincing presentation and project management skills
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze KPIs and create detailed reports, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement
Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability, with experience in visual and written content creation
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Team Collaboration: Team player in a dynamic, international environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
