Job Title: Part-Time Virtual SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual SEO Specialist to work part-time, helping to optimize the client’s website and digital content for search engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and be able to deliver results through strategic keyword targeting, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategies, and analytics tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform SEO audits of the client’s website and make actionable recommendations to improve search rankings.
• Develop and execute strategies for on-page optimization, including meta tags, content, internal linking, and site structure.
• Implement off-page SEO strategies, such as backlink building and outreach to improve domain authority.
• Conduct thorough keyword research relevant to the IT management industry and competitors to enhance search visibility.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software to track rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and create new SEO-driven content.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance and suggestions for improvements.
• Effectively articulate SEO strategy and positioning - so the team understands why certain strategies are being used and why they will ideally work.
• Problem-solving skills to address rank challenges
• SEO techniques that not only drive traffic but also lead to customer engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
•Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a solid track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Experience with WordPress and other content management systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website coding (preferred but not required).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Work Hours
•This is a part-time, remote position requiring 15-20 hours per week.
• Flexible hours, but you should be available for occasional team meetings and updates.
