Job Title: Project Manager, In-Product Marketing

Length: 6 months

Estimated Start: August

Location: Remote, EST preferred

Hourly Pay Range: $55-60


Brainrider is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client-embedded team as an In-Product Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of international product marketing campaigns in social media products. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure the successful execution, scaling, and reporting of campaigns.


What you'll do

  • Coordinate the development of and execute marketing campaigns in Meta’s products with cross-functional teams, including international marketers, creative and analytics
  • Create detailed timelines and processes to scale the creation of product marketing campaigns
  • Manage the operational aspects of campaign execution, including technical setup and testing
  • Analyze marketing objectives and execution requirements to clarify resource needs and feasibility of campaigns
  • Develop and document a scalable in-product marketing campaign process for international marketing teams
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to inform strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of project in project management or marketing operations
  • 2+ years of experience with technical setup and testing of digital marketing campaigns
  • Product management, technical program/project management, or software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple cross-functional teams and time zones
  • Experience working strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and scale digital campaigns
  • Expertise in A/B testing and lift measurement
  • Experience working with teams to develop and improve operational systems and tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
