We are looking for a highly skilledΒ Senior B2B Product Marketing ManagerΒ to drive global product growth, attract new clients, and increase revenue!

Responsibilities

  • Drive global product growth by acquiring new clients and increasing revenue;
  • Develop and execute product strategy, including positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market plans for new launches;
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities;
  • Create and optimize website content, marketing materials, and lead-generation assets to attract and convert customers;
  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, data, brand, product, sales, and customer success) to develop impactful messaging and achieve business objectives;
  • Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, retention, etc.) and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing within Fintech, HR-Tech, or complex SaaS solutions;
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business impact (e.g., revenue growth, improved conversion rates, increased engagement);
  • Hands-on experience in product launches, content strategy, and marketing asset development;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Practical experience with key B2B marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads etc;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills;
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
