About the role

We're looking for a sharp, commercially minded, and creative female marketing intern to support Africhange's business-facing team. If you're interested in how companies position themselves in a competitive market and want a seat at that table, this is yours.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the creation of content and campaigns for Africhange's business products and services.
• Contributing to LinkedIn strategy and professional content.
• Researching industry trends, competitors, and target audience behaviour.
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team on cross-functional projects
  

What you should have

• Recent graduate or <2 years experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written communication; clear, professional, and adaptable in tone.
• Creative and eager to bring fresh perspectives to campaigns.
• Analytical and curious: You ask why things work and how to improve them. 
• Comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions.
• Familiar with LinkedIn as a professional content platform.
• Access to a working laptop or smartphone.
• Available during core working hours and able to commit to occasional in-person shoot days.
  
• Bonus Points:
  • Understanding of B2B marketing or financial services.
  • Experience with email marketing tools or CRM platforms.
