Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

• Corporate PowerPoint Cleanup Project
• Assist with Trade Show support – Admin tasks such as setting up portals, logistics of display materials and managing Trade Show Inventory as well as tracking task completion.
• Assist with Social Media content development
• Updating Salesforce with new contacts  
• Assist with the organization of DAM – document asset management (if time allows)

Required Qualifications: 

• Marketing, communications or digital marketing enrollment in good standing at an accredited university; required
• Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Skills. Canva and Marketing Automation (Hubspot, etc) a plus!

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision

WORKING CONDITIONS

Position is remote with a preferred NE Ohio location for occasional in-person meetings with the Global Marketing Director.

• Keying/typing, sitting, standing, walking.
• Constant mental and/or visual attention; the work is either repetitive or diversified requiring constant alertness in an office environment.
• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of the job.

• FLSA status: Hourly, Non-Exempt.
