- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to our audience.
- Manage scheduling, posting, and tracking of content performance.
- Online Reputation Management:
- Respond to customer reviews across platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook with professionalism and empathy.
- Address negative reviews, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
- Actively request reviews from satisfied customers to improve ratings and enhance our reputation.
- Monitor and analyze trends in customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Engagement & Community Building:
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to launch campaigns that promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Departments:
- Work closely with other departments to fulfill design, content, and other social media-related requirements.
- Ensure alignment of branding and messaging across all teams and projects.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report social media metrics, including engagement, follower growth, and review performance.
- Use insights to optimize content strategies and review response processes.
QualificationsWe’re seeking someone who has:- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience managing and responding to online reviews professionally and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and meet their social media needs.
- Analytical skills to measure performance and improve strategies over time.
