We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team, take charge of our digital presence, and oversee our online reputation through effective review management and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you will:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
    • Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to our audience.
    • Manage scheduling, posting, and tracking of content performance.
  • Online Reputation Management:
    • Respond to customer reviews across platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook with professionalism and empathy.
    • Address negative reviews, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
    • Actively request reviews from satisfied customers to improve ratings and enhance our reputation.
    • Monitor and analyze trends in customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
  • Engagement & Community Building:
    • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
    • Collaborate with the team to launch campaigns that promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Departments:
    • Work closely with other departments to fulfill design, content, and other social media-related requirements.
    • Ensure alignment of branding and messaging across all teams and projects.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and report social media metrics, including engagement, follower growth, and review performance.
    • Use insights to optimize content strategies and review response processes.
Qualifications
We’re seeking someone who has:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience managing and responding to online reviews professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and meet their social media needs.
  • Analytical skills to measure performance and improve strategies over time.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with reputation management tools (e.g., BirdEye, Podium, or Semrush).
