What you'll do

As a Product Marketing Specialist, your mission is to bridge the gap between Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring that customers fully adopt and leverage Tractian technology. You will create scalable strategies that help customers transition from onboarding to long-term engagement, aligning product messaging with real-world customer needs. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a deep understanding of our customers, a data-driven mindset, and strong execution skills.

Responsibilities

    • Drive feature adoption and increase customer engagement in collaboration with Customer Marketing, Product and CS teams.
    • Build scalable educational resources, including in-app messaging, knowledge base content, and email campaigns to support adoption at scale.
    • Create impactful sales enablement materials such as battle cards, product comparison sheets, and tailored training programs, ensuring Salespeople are equipped to articulate the value of Tractian’s solutions effectively
    • Work closely with GTM and Marketing leadership to refine product positioning and messaging that aligns with sales strategies and customer needs.
    • Lead the planning and execution of feature launches, including positioning, messaging, and communication strategy across multiple channels.
    • Drive the creation of support and training materials, ensuring customers understand and adopt new features seamlessly.
    • Conduct interviews, gather customer feedback, and analyze behavioral data to inform product marketing strategies.
    • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure customer insights directly influence product roadmap and communication efforts.

Requirements

    • Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of enterprise challenges and customer engagement strategies.
    • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in sales-led growth models, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams to accelerate customer adoption and reduce time to value.
    • Hands-on expertise in go-to-market planning, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and CS teams.
    • Strong ability to contribute to developing product positioning and value propositions based on market research and customer insights.
    • Experience analyzing user behavior data (PostHog, Amplitude, Heap) to refine content and optimize user onboarding.
    • Experience creating customer-focused technical content like white papers, case studies, and training materials..
    • Ability to scale customer education initiatives, reducing reliance on 1:1 interactions through automation and scalable resources.
    • Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent English with excellent communication and writing skills, able to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content.

Bonus Points

    • Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, or related industrial technologies.
    • Background in sales enablement or customer training within technical fields.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and content performance measurement tools.
    • Comfort with public speaking and presenting content to diverse audiences.
