Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns by owning and directing the end-to-end execution of projects accurately and within the defined timeline. The Marketing Project Coordinator’s facilitation and execution of projects, collaboration with clients, and execution of shared corporate initiatives directly contributes to meeting the stated business goals and/or revenue projections of the non-insurance business unit.


The Marketing Project Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across:

• Marketing campaign execution

• Analytics collection and reporting


Essential Job Functions:

Manage Marketing Campaigns – Identify, develop and execute digital and direct response marketing campaigns for assigned clients/partners, as defined on all assigned Marketing Plans. Using defined processes, marketing technology platforms, a deep understanding of historical campaign results, familiarity with our products and current marketing materials, and utilizing strong relationships with our external clients/partners and internal team, campaigns should be executed accurately and within the defined timeline.


Analyze Results to Recommend Strategy – Assist in the analysis of historical marketing results data to recommend creative and segmentation marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue projections. Utilizing basic statistics principles, the Marketing Project Coordinator will determine appropriate testing quantity and package configuration for statistically valid creative testing.


Support Client and Partner Relationships – Support the Account Management team in their effort to maintain positive and cohesive client and partner relationships by providing marketing reports as requested and through being professional and responding timely when communicating with clients. The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with clients/partners in order to gain their approval on co-branded marketing campaigns and will be required to provide marketing strategy information and marketing campaign results to the Account Management team and/or to the client/partner directly.


Performance Measurements:

1. Manage Marketing Campaigns - Campaigns are executed on schedule, meet or exceed established quality standards, and in accordance with documented business processes. Proficiency is shown when utilizing marketing technologies and tools.

2. Analyze Results to Recommend Strategy – Campaign performance analysis is conducted on an established cadence and includes data-driven recommendations for improvement.

3. Support Client and Partner Relationships – Client/Partner feedback on their AGIA relationships remain positive. Information including campaign results, campaign strategy, and marketing creatives provided to clients/partners is accurate and delivered in a professional manner.

Requirements

Education/Certification:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


Required Experience:


Minimum one year of marketing experience applying direct response principles and methodologies. Minimum one year of project management or project team experience.


Required Knowledge:


Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including and intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Knowledge of direct mail methodologies.

Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.

Knowledge of project management.
