To execute this vision, we are assembling a lean but highly effective founding team consisting of:
- Marketing Operations Lead (You): A growth and execution expert who will lead marketing, SEO, social media strategies, and operational efficiency.
This role is for a highly strategic, hands-on operator and marketing expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building and scaling AI-driven businesses.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to lead growth initiatives, SEO strategy, social media automation, and overall operational efficiency across multiple ventures within our AI Venture Lab. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media analytics, digital marketing, automation, and business operations to support the rapid iteration and scaling of AI- driven businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a growth hacker, a systems builder, and an executor—someone who can balance data-driven marketing with streamlined operations to ensure maximum efficiency and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Lead the growth strategy, covering digital marketing, content distribution, and social media automation.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for YouTube, search engines, and AI-driven platforms.
- Use data scraping and analysis to track trends and optimize content.
- Build paid and organic acquisition funnels for AI-driven projects.
- Align marketing efforts with virality, monetization, and user adoption goals, working closely with the Head of Product/CTO.
SEO & Social Media Automation
- Optimize YouTube automation for high search rankings.
- Use AI tools to analyze and capitalize on trending topics in high-CPM niches (finance, AI, self-improvement, etc.).
- Implement keyword research and backlinking to boost visibility.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for videos, social posts, and landing pages.
Operations & Execution
- Streamline content creation, social media automation, and product launches.
- Use project management tools to enhance collaboration across marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Track and optimize performance metrics and KPIs.
- Develop scalable systems for content production and market validation.
Monetization & Business Development
- Identify and improve monetization strategies (ads, affiliates, sponsorships, SaaS).
- Build partnerships with influencers, media, and content platforms.
- Assist in exit strategies and acquisition opportunities with the Head of Product.
Key Challenges & Problem-Solving Areas
- Scaling AI-driven YouTube automation – How can we efficiently produce, rank, and monetize 100+ videos monthly?
- Optimizing SEO for AI-generated content – What are the best strategies for ranking AI-driven content?
- Automating and improving content workflows – How can we build scalable systems?
- Maximizing virality & engagement – What growth tactics drive adoption and retention?
RequirementsMust-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, SEO, social media automation, and business operations.
- At least 1-year expertise in YouTube SEO, search engine optimization, and AI-driven content strategies.
- Hands-on experience with scraping tools, data analytics, and social media automation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and YouTube algorithm optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of scaling digital businesses, optimizing marketing funnels, and driving engagement.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in a startup, growth-hacking role, or AI-driven business.
