Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage and track customer interactions, campaigns, and workflows to support marketing initiatives
- Data Analytics: Analyze customer journey data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving engagement and conversions
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead generation metrics, and sales cycle times
- Customer Journey Mapping: Assist in creating and refining customer journey maps to enhance user experience and optimize touchpoints
- Reporting: Develop clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align analytics efforts with marketing and sales strategies
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency
Requirements - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM, marketing, or Sales Hubs preferred)
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
- Basic understanding of performance analysis and KPIs
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams
- Ability to work with complex datasets and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Bonus Skills: Experience with SQL, Python, or other data visualization tools is a plus
