We're looking for a curious, driven, and marketing-obsessed Part-Time Marketing Analytics Intern to help us decode the customer journey and fuel smarter growth strategies. In this hands-on role, you’ll dive into HubSpot, analyze performance trends, and explore conversion paths to uncover what really moves the needle. You’ll collaborate with our high-energy marketing and sales teams, turning raw data into powerful insights that shape campaigns and speed up sales cycles. Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage and track customer interactions, campaigns, and workflows to support marketing initiatives
  • Data Analytics: Analyze customer journey data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving engagement and conversions
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead generation metrics, and sales cycle times
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Assist in creating and refining customer journey maps to enhance user experience and optimize touchpoints
  • Reporting: Develop clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align analytics efforts with marketing and sales strategies
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency


Requirements
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM, marketing, or Sales Hubs preferred)
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
  • Basic understanding of performance analysis and KPIs
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with SQL, Python, or other data visualization tools is a plus
