About the Position:
The Event Marketing Summer Intern will support the Event Marketing Team in planning, coordinating and executing high-impact marketing events. This role offers hands-on experience in event strategy, logistics, branding and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced marketing environment.
This internship is ideal for a student pursuing marketing, communications, business, hospitality or a related field who is eager to gain real-world experience in event management and marketing for both internal and external-facing events.
This internship will run for up to 10 weeks, up to 40 hours per week, commencing on June 1st and concluding by August 7th.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, customer events and internal events
- Manage event timelines, checklists and project trackers
- Support vendor coordination, shipping logistics and inventory management
- Assist the Director of Events with menu planning and on-site event preparation
- Support the Partner Marketing Manager with trade show sponsorship-related tasks
- Assist in creating event-related marketing materials (emails, social posts, signage and collateral)
- Track registration data and attendee engagement metrics
- Support pre-event and post-event communication campaigns
