Foundever ™ is looking for Demand Generation Marketing Manager for the Americas Growth Marketing team.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Demand Generation Marketing Manager will create account-based and highly targeted marketing programs to identify net new logo opportunities and engage existing clients for upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This is a highly-cross functional role that will work closely with Regional, Global, and Product Marketing teams.
• Execute highly targeted marketing campaigns including digital advertising, events, and webinars designed to generate demand, identify leads and accelerate pipeline activity.
• Understand and communicate the value of Sitels BPO and CX digital solutions across multiple buyer personas and verticals.
• Develop strategic campaign briefs that provide the marketing copywriter and creative team with the insights, benefits, and personas needed to effectively communicate the brand value.
• Work with the marketing operations and creative teams to develop landing pages, email nurture journeys, and advertising campaigns (display and social) to convert prospects into marketing qualified leads.
• Plan, execute, and manage third-party industry events, first-party networking events, and virtual webinars that engage attendees at each stage of the buyer’s journey.
• Work with the channel manager to develop media plans and schedules for both paid and house list campaigns across PPC, display, and social.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales teams to convert MAL (Marketing Acquired Leads) to MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) by providing custom content, email templates, cadences, and nurture activities.
• Determine the necessary content, assets, and workflows required for HubSpot nurture journeys that drive engagement and conversions.
• Lead and develop scalable Account Based Marketing campaigns targeting high-value accounts that are showing engagement and intent.
• Assist in the development of 1:1 marketing campaigns through custom landing pages, content and emails in an effort to advance later-stage deals through the pipeline.
• Research, analyze, and identify the best keywords to target for campaign optimization and conversions.
• Manage third-party asset syndication programs as a secondary source of MALs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Global Marketing, and Product Marketing to prioritize campaigns based on sales and product marketing initiatives.
• Provide campaign optimization recommendations across all marketing programs and tactics.
• Monitor and track all marketing activities and KPI’s to evaluate results and determine effectiveness.
• Minimum five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of the customer support/BPO industry preferred.
• Established track record in creating successful marketing strategies from inception to finish.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for degrees in the following or related areas: Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, etc. Master’s degree a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of marketing technology and demand generation software stack e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Terminus/6sense, Salesloft, Drift, and similar products.
• Able to work in a highly collaborative environment and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work well with all levels within the organization.
• Strong leadership style and ability to prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Proven project management skills with experience building and managing projects in a PM tool (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
• Knowledge of sales process, administration, and support needs.
• High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite.
