Creative Strategist - Meta Ads (Still & Video) - Behind The Scenes

Job Summary

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the bridge between client objectives and creative execution. You’ll work closely with clients to extract insights, craft detailed creative briefs, and collaborate with our internal team of designers, editors, and motion graphic artists to develop high-converting still and video ads for Meta. You’ll also analyze ad performance, iterate on creatives, and refine strategies to continuously improve results.

What You’ll Do

• Client Collaboration & Briefing
• Develop clear, strategic, and compelling creative briefs for still and video ads
• Align creative concepts with performance marketing goals and brand identity
• Creative Development & Execution
• Brainstorm and pitch engaging ad angles and hooks based on customer psychology
• Work with Account Managers, designers, video editors, and copywriters to execute creative briefs
• Ensure creatives follow Meta best practices for maximum engagement and conversions
• Performance Analysis & Iteration
• Review ad performance data and optimize creative based on insights
• Test different ad formats, messaging, and styles to refine winning formulas
• Stay ahead of trends in social media advertising, consumer behavior, and eCommerce

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in a creative strategy, performance marketing, or related role
• Expertise in Meta Ads: Strong understanding of best practices for still and video ads
• Storytelling & Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling hooks, angles, and messaging
• Creative Briefing: Experience translating marketing objectives into clear and actionable briefs
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret ad performance data and iterate on creative concepts
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with clients, designers, and editors
