As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in account-based marketing, influencer marketing, user engagement, and daily creative and operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing Assistance
  • Research and identify influencers suitable for BAND
  • Conduct outreach, share creative briefs, and oversee influencer onboarding
  • Manage communications, ensure follow-through, and provide content guidelines
  • Handle administrative tasks, including registration and payout processing
  • Track campaign performance and manage community engagement
Teamwide Support 
  • Provide teamwide support across administrative and operational needs, including customer support, logistics coordination, and general team assistance.
Content Creation
  • Assist in developing content for social media, marketing channels, and promotional materials across the team.
  • Conduct and edit user interviews.
  • Support video editing and multimedia production.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Current student or recent graduate 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Interest in community platforms, digital communication, or mobile apps.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or video editing.
