As part of our expansion plan, we are looking to hire a Social Media/Digital Marketing Executive responsible for managing the company’s online presence across social media platforms and digital channels. The role involves creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and promoting logistics services to grow the company’s market share.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Manage daily content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging and creative social media posts, including images, videos, and written content.
  • Respond to customer queries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote logistics services and products.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Create compelling and informative content for social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to develop visual content that aligns with the brand.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and tailored to target audiences.
  • Engage with online communities to promote brand loyalty and build relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Organize and participate in community-building initiatives and events to grow an online presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the company’s online reputation and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2-3years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.

Additional Information

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging, original content.
