We are looking for someone with a passion for PPC strategy and the ability to create and implement new strategies without taking direction from us. This position is perfect for people who are results-driven and task-oriented. If you love it when people get the hell out of your way and let you do your job, do we have the position for you! 


  • We have a team of project managers who are great at sweet-talking clients and handle all of the reports, day-to-day tasks, and small talk.

  • We have a team of web developers to take over the code and make web changes as needed.

  • This allows you to purely be focused on Paid Marketing Channels so that you don’t have to be bogged down by silly things like client chitchat or page speed audits- we have people for that. 


Our team is fun and relaxed (especially our furry mascot!) but understand that work comes first. Your day-to-day activities include:

  • Expert in written and verbal English 

  • Be able to write expert ad copy in English

  • Launching and optimizing PPC campaigns

  • Make sure tracking is set up for transparent reporting for team and clients

  • Creating compelling ad copy and directing the creation of display ads

  • Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs

  • Analyzing performance and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve target metrics

  • Calculating and proving ROI for your clients

  • Implementing and verifying goal tracking

  • Producing reports that assess performance, pinpoint issues and identify new opportunities

  • Keeping abreast of PPC and SEM trends

  • Providing feedback and insight to fellow team members


What you bring to the team:

  • Must have at least 5+ years of recent experience managing Google Ads campaigns (preferably in an agency environment)

  • Building and running both lead gen and shopping campaigns

  • Proficiency in keyword analysis, conversion analysis, and landing page analysis

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics)

  • Sound communication and facilitation skills to manage projects and positively influence collaborators

  • Strong sense of ownership, drive and urgency

  • Google Ads Certification


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience utilizing Google Tag Manager

Success For This Position

  • Take an account (either new or current) and take ownership of strategy and implementation (for the success of the account)

  • Must be able to set up a new account and all tracking for it perfectly. Must be able to clearly define and track goals, and fix tracking when necessary

  • Should be able to justify work done as a direct result of effort. Success is defined by the client given goals (such as ROAS, CPA, ETC)
