Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Client's marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of digital marketing campaigns by optimizing performance across various online channels. Your expertise in performance marketing strategies, analytical skills, and ability to identify growth opportunities will be key to achieving our marketing objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to enhance website content, structure, and overall SEO performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices and stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI team to identify areas for website and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct usability tests, analyze user behavior, and recommend CRO strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
