Our clients range from e-commerce brands and medical practices to local businesses, with an average deal size of $5,000/month on 12-month contracts.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need a proven closer who thrives in a consultative sales environment—someone who knows how to break down digital marketing ROI for savvy business owners and marketing managers who can sniff out BS from a mile away.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling Inbound Leads – No cold calls to start, just warm leads that you’ll take from first call to close

Researching & Strategizing – You’ll deep dive into each prospect’s business, market, and competitors to build custom proposals

Creating & Presenting Sales Proposals – Know how to sell SEO, PPC, web design, and social media marketing? Great. You’ll be expected to explain our services and their impact on revenue

Closing Deals – Bring in $10K–$20K in new MRR per month
â
Managing the CRM (Pipedrive) – Keep track of all pipeline activity, follow-ups, and deal status

Outbound Sales (As Needed) – If inbound slows down or you’re not hitting your goals, you’ll prospect in industries we already dominate
What You Must Have:
âï¸ 3+ years of agency sales experience – Selling SEO, PPC, web design, and/or social media marketing with full-cycle sales ownership
âï¸ Consultative selling skills – Our clients are marketing-savvy; you need to sell solutions, not just packages
âï¸ Ability to build trust & long-term relationships – Many of our clients have been with us 10+ years
âï¸ Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics – You’ll need to explain ROI in a way that makes sense to business owners
âï¸ Competitiveness & consistency – You’re driven to close deals, follow up relentlessly, and win
Compensation & Perks:
ð° Base Salary: $65,000
ð° Uncapped Commission: 20-25% of the first month’s MRR (expected OTE $120K+ per year)
